Greg is the founder and managing attorney of The Legal Artist, PLLC, a law firm that focuses on serving creative professionals and entrepreneurs of all types. He’s been practicing art and entertainment law for more than a decade.
Before becoming an attorney, Greg was a television producer, working on documentary series for Discovery Channel, Court TV, TLC, and A&E, among others. He received his undergraduate degree from the Rhode Island School of Design and worked for eight years in the entertainment business as a documentary TV producer before attending Northeastern University School of Law in Boston.
One of the cornerstones of Greg’s practice is contracts. He believes that every artist needs a good one… but even when heavily discounted, a custom-contract can still be cost-prohibitive for most independent creatives. That’s why Greg started The Legal Artist Contract Shop, a resource where entrepreneurs and creatives can access high-quality, customizable, and affordable contracts for their everyday legal needs.
